SUNRISE SIDE BUS BASH GROUP LEADER PLAN

If a Tour Operator or Charter Operator would like to bring representatives or group leaders of groups they work in putting together tours with them to the Bus Bash we welcome that. While FAMs are often free, our licensing agreement to put on the Bus Bash stipulates that those who attend shall pay the registration fee of $50 and their lodging (at a discounted rate). We are not in a position to waive those fees.
However, if you (or the group leaders) pay for these expenses for your group leaders and subsequently bring a group of 35 or more from that group for a multi-day trip to the Sunrise Side and Thunder Bay Resort, we will refund the registration fee and their portion of the lodging fees from the total for the charges paid by that new tour group. Due to the capacity limitations for the Bus Bash (400 people) an the cost of meals, entertainment and the attractions we request that you limit the attendance to one per person for each potential group or tour, if possible.
