Memberships
Each Purchaser of a lot in Thunder Bay Heights Subdivision after March, 1993 from Matthias Development Company, Inc. shall receive from Thunder Bay Golf Course, Inc., (hereinafter referred to as Thunder Bay), doing business as Thunder Bay Golf Resort, a Lifetime Family Golf Membership. Purchasers of designated Condominium projects or units within the Thunder Bay Resort complex shall also receive a Lifetime Family Golf Membership.
